Before you write
- Include the email address tied to your account
- For playback issues, include the shared link URL
- For billing, include your App Store or Google Play receipt
Apple Sign-In & web access
If you signed up with Apple, link an email and password in the mobile app under Settings → Enable Web Access before signing in on the website.
Creating videos
Video creation and purchases are available in the iOS and Android apps. The website lets you check address eligibility, sign in, and manage existing videos.
