Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about creating, sharing, and managing your CineMap 3D videos.

What is CineMap 3D?

CineMap 3D is an AI-powered mobile application that utilizes advanced geographic data of any given address or property to generate cinematic, 3D aerial videos and interactive views within seconds. It allows you to create professional promotional videos for your real estate listings without the need to fly a drone.

Who can use CineMap 3D?

Our application is primarily designed for real estate agents and brokerages, as well as construction companies, land/property investors, hospitality/hotel businesses, and any individual looking to showcase their property with a professional presentation.

How can I use the application?

The process is extremely simple:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Sign up instantly with your Google account, Apple ID, or any corporate/personal email address.
  3. Enter the property address or drop a pin on the map.
  4. Let the AI automatically handle the camera angles, paths, and 3D rendering to prepare your custom video!
Is it available in every country and at every address?

We offer services in 50+ countries, and our service area is constantly expanding.

CineMap 3D utilizes advanced 3D mapping infrastructures with coverage that varies by location and provider. Eligible addresses can receive a cinematic 3D aerial video, while eligible international addresses can receive an interactive photorealistic 3D view. You can check if a specific location is eligible directly on our website's homepage without needing to log in. If the address is eligible, you will be seamlessly directed to our mobile app to create it.

How should I enter an address?

CineMap 3D needs a specific property address — not just a city, neighborhood, or country. Before you buy credits, check eligibility on the homepage; if it’s green, you’re good to create it in the app.

What works best

  • Street number + street name
  • City / town
  • State or region
  • Postal / ZIP code (especially for the US)
  • Country (for addresses outside the US)

What to avoid

  • Only a city or country (“London”, “United States”)
  • Only a ZIP or neighborhood without a street
  • Landmark nicknames without a real street address, when Google can’t resolve them to a building
  • Incomplete fragments (“Montgomery St”)

Apartment / suite / floor numbers are fine in the US — we automatically use the building exterior for the 3D video (the view is always outside the building).

Examples

Input Result Why
600 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94111 ✅ True Full US street address
1630 Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80214 ⚠️ May be unavailable Address resolves, but Google may not have 3D coverage there
10 Downing Street, London, UK ✅ True (if coverage exists) Full international address with country
Big Ben, London, United Kingdom ✅ Often True Famous landmarks can resolve if Google maps them to a place
San Francisco, CA ❌ False City only — not a property
94111 ❌ False ZIP only
United States / France / Tokyo ❌ False Country / city-level — too broad
Apt 4B, 600 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94111 ✅ True Unit is OK; we use the building for the exterior view
Near Central Park ❌ False Too vague — no street number

Quick tips

  1. Copy-paste the address from your listing when possible.
  2. Always include country for non-US addresses.
  3. Green on the website ≠ guaranteed forever if Google coverage changes, but it’s the best pre-check.
  4. US eligible addresses → cinematic 3D video. Most other countries → interactive 3D view (where photorealistic coverage exists).
  5. If the check says unavailable, try the building street address without unit/floor first; if it still fails, that location likely has no Google 3D coverage yet.
What is the difference between 3D video and interactive view?

3D video delivers a cinematic, automated 360-degree flythrough video perfect for social media and listings. Interactive view offers an engaging, web-based 3D environment that allows potential buyers to freely explore and interact with the property and its surroundings in real time.

3D video production is currently suitable for certain regions in the USA, while interactive view is suitable for the rest of the world.

Both methods provide you with a unique tool to offer your potential clients.

Can I generate new videos directly from the website?

Our website currently serves as a lightweight user dashboard where you can manage your existing videos, track your remaining credits, and review your subscription status. Since our high-performance 3D video processing engine is fully mobile-optimized, new video generation can only be performed via our mobile applications (iOS/Android).

Can I access the account I created on the mobile app from the website?

Yes, you can. If you signed up on the mobile app using your Google account or a corporate/personal email address, you can use the exact same login methods on our website to access your dashboard instantly.

💡 Note for Apple Sign-In Users: If you registered on the mobile app using your Apple ID, simply go to the Profile/Settings screen inside the app and link any corporate or personal email address to your account (Account Linking). Once linked, you can log into our website using those credentials.

Can I use the account I created on an iOS device on an Android device?

Absolutely. CineMap 3D features full cross-platform compatibility. Once you link an email address and password to your account within the mobile app, you can log in from both iOS and Android devices simultaneously. You will have seamless access to all your past videos, remaining credits, and subscription details regardless of the operating system.

What are the membership and subscription plans?

CineMap 3D offers flexible plans tailored to every need:

  • Lite Plan: Ideal for independent agents who need to generate a limited number of videos.
  • Pro Plan: Built for high-volume real estate professionals who require consistent and frequent video production.
  • Broker / Office Plan: Our most comprehensive package, offering high-volume video processing limits designed for large teams and real estate offices.
What happens if I run out of my monthly video limits? Can I get extra credits?

You do not have to upgrade your entire subscription plan if you run out of credits. You can purchase Single Video Credits or Extension Packs directly from our in-app store to continue generating videos without interruption until your next billing cycle.

Do my purchased single/extra credits have an expiration date?

While your monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle, any externally purchased Single Video Credits or add-on packs do not immediately expire. You can use these credits at your convenience within the specified fair-use limits and durations of the package. Your purchased credits will remain safely stored in your in-app collection until used.

How can I share the 3D videos I create?

Every video or interactive view generated on the app comes with a branded web link (e.g., cinemap3d.com/v/video_id). You can easily embed this link into your website, include it in your real estate listing descriptions, share it directly on your social media accounts, or send it to clients via messaging apps like WhatsApp. Viewers do not need to log in or have an account to watch the video; it is instantly accessible to the public.

Will I face any copyright issues regarding commercial use?

No. When you generate cinematic 3D videos using a paid subscription or add-on credits within CineMap 3D, the commercial use rights belong entirely to you. You can freely use your videos across all real estate listing platforms, corporate websites, and ad campaigns (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) without any copyright concerns.
