CineMap 3D (“CineMap 3D”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and mobile app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information (email, name, and authentication provider identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in)
• Property addresses you search or use to create videos or interactive 3D views
• Purchase and subscription status via the App Store and RevenueCat (we do not receive or store your full payment card details)
• Usage and analytics data such as link views, video playback, interactive 3D usage, screens visited, and device/browser type, collected via Firebase Analytics
• Technical data such as IP address and app/session identifiers used to enforce view limits and prevent abuse

How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, create videos and interactive 3D views, process purchases and subscriptions, display your dashboard, enforce per-link view limits and expiration on shared links, measure and improve reliability and performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the Service is used (for example, which screens are viewed and how often videos are played). This helps us improve the product. Analytics data is processed by Google as described in Google’s privacy policy. On iOS, we do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed below to operate the Service, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting, functions, analytics)
• Google Aerial View (aerial imagery and video generation)
• Google Maps Platform / Map Tiles API (photorealistic interactive 3D imagery)
• CesiumJS (open-source rendering software used to display interactive 3D views)
• Apple and Google (sign-in)
• Apple App Store and RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management)

Data retention

We retain account and content-link metadata while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. When you request deletion, we remove your account data unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under GDPR or CCPA). You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us. We do not sell personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We are based in the United States and process data there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
